The GPCC’s main fundraiser of the year. Help us keep promoting business in the best town in Alaska!

The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) is seeking proposals from qualified caterers for our 2018 annual fundraising auction.  Please submit this proposal along with any attachments via email to director@palmerchamber.org or in person at 550 S. Alaska Street, Suite 101, Palmer, Alaska.   Please call Ralph Renzi at (907) 745-2880 with any questions.
We are looking for a caterer to provide a full dinner for between 120-140 guests.  Dinner will be served buffet style.  Dessert is not a part of this proposal.

The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for our 2018 Fundraiser Dinner and Auction.   This year’s event will be held Saturday, October 13th, at the Chalet at Government Peak and begins at 6 pm. The auction will feature items and packages representing this year’s theme, “The Palmer Experience,” that will be available for purchase, microbrews from Palmer’s own Arkose Brewery and a great dinner.

The Palmer Chamber depends on your generous contributions to help further economic development in our area.  Your business will benefit from your involvement.  The Chamber sponsors numerous events throughout the year to increase visitors and commerce to the Greater Palmer area.  This increases your exposure and profitability.  The proceeds generated at the auction are used to further the mission of the Chamber, to provide leadership that fosters growth and prosperity by ensuring the Greater Palmer area is the best place to operate and grow a business, as well as the most desirable place to live, work, play and visit.  GPCC respectfully requests that you join us this year as an auction donor.
