Valley Business Machines Inc. has been the premier supplier and service provider of commercial office machines in the Mat-Su valley for over 27 years, and recently expanded and added an office in the Anchorage area to better support all of our customers. We have partnered with Sharp to provide top of the line Color & Black/White MFP’s that Print, Scan, Fax, and Copy. Sharp also leads the industry with advanced features not found on other manufactures machines, such as , standard pull-out keyboards, 10 inch color displays, and the ability to edits scanned documents right on the copier. Our I.T. department provides design, implementation, and maintenance services for Office Networks, including PC's, Networks, and Servers. Our unique Rapid Business Recovery service provides businesses with a packaged solution that insures their Information Technology systems will always be available. We also have an in-house Copy Shop at our Valley location that offers the lowest prices in the Valley on color, monochrome, and engineering copies. VBM’s great staff prides them self in taking care of our customers! Our phones are always answered by a friendly staff member, (This is one thing that we refuse to automate!). Most recently, in VBM's continuing effort to provide the best service available, we switched to a new comprehensive software package that fully integrates our service, sales and inventory. Before you hang up the phone your service call is logged by one of our local customer service representatives. It can then be tracked by call-in time, response time, and time spent on the service call. Calls can also be staged by priority in Dispatch Central for High, Medium, and Low priority, to speed up response time for a down machine. If a part is needed for your machine the Service Rep can not only check stock at VBM but can also check the car stock of all 7 of our local technicians to speed up the repair process.
